Booth confirmation, event invoice and further details will be sent in the Supplier Fair Information Packet in September.

Hotel & Accommodations

The entire event will be hosted at the Grand Hyatt Denver. Secure your hotel reservations through https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/DENRD/G-MBR6

Only 2 rooms can be booked on the same confirmation number. You can book more than 2 rooms by having separate reservations or calling 402-537-4819 to book all rooms.

Hotels must be reserved by September 10th, 2025.

Parking

Valet parking is available at the Hyatt in a protected underground garage. This includes 24-hour access to your vehicle with in/out privileges:

Daily Valet (includes 2 hours): $30.00
Each additional hour: $5.00
Overnight Valet: $67.00
Oversized Vehicles (Overnight Valet): $69.00
Overnight Self-Parking: $55.00
